Barb spacing and wire diameter can be selected according to the required level of protection. Smaller spacing creates a denser barrier, while larger wire diameters improve the overall strength of the finished product.
Fence and Perimeter Applications
This type of fencing wire is commonly used for farms, livestock enclosures, property boundaries, industrial areas and perimeter fencing.
It can be used independently with fence posts or combined with chain link fence, welded mesh fence and other perimeter fences. For higher perimeter protection, it can also be installed on fence-top arms together with suitable tensioning accessories.
Material and Surface Options
Galvanized steel wire is commonly used for outdoor applications. PVC-coated galvanized wire provides an additional protective layer and is available in different colors, while stainless steel wire can be selected for environments requiring higher corrosion resistance.
