Quality Control
Production Quality Inspection
QB METAL carries out inspections at different stages of production, covering raw materials, wire diameter, mesh opening, product dimensions, surface treatment, weight, and material composition.
Inspection methods and measuring equipment are selected according to the product and order specifications to ensure that finished products meet the agreed requirements.
Quality Inspection Process
Quality checks are performed at key stages from incoming materials through production to final inspection.
Raw Material Inspection
Raw materials are checked for material type, specifications, dimensions, and surface condition before production.
Wire & Mesh Inspection
Wire diameter, mesh opening, spacing, and mesh structure are checked according to product specifications.
Dimension Inspection
Product length, width, height, tube diameter, and other critical dimensions are measured and verified.
Surface & Coating Inspection
Galvanized, PVC-coated, powder-coated, and other finished surfaces are inspected according to order requirements.
Material Verification
Material composition can be analyzed using a spectrometer when material grade verification is required.
Final Inspection
Finished products are checked for dimensions, quantity, appearance, packaging, and identification before shipment.
Key Inspection Items
Different inspection methods are used according to the product type and specifications.

Mesh Opening Inspection
Mesh gauges and other measuring tools are used to check mesh opening size, spacing, and consistency.

Thickness Inspection
Material thickness is measured to verify that it meets the specified dimensions and tolerance requirements.

Material Verification
Material composition can be analyzed using a spectrometer when material grade verification is required.

Weight Inspection
Electronic scales are used to check unit weight, roll weight, package weight, or other weight requirements specified in the order.

Wire Diameter Inspection
Micrometers are used to measure wire diameter and verify that it meets the specified tolerance and order requirements.
Final Inspection Before Shipment
Before packing and shipment, finished products are checked against the order specifications, including dimensions, quantity, surface condition, packaging, labels, and product identification.
Any order-specific inspection requirements are also verified before the products are released for shipment.
