Metal Basket products are mainly custom-fabricated wire mesh products designed according to customer drawings, samples, installation space, and specific application requirements. Since different products vary significantly in structure, dimensions, load requirements, and working conditions, there are generally no fixed standard specifications.
QB METAL can customize wire diameter, mesh opening, overall dimensions, frame structure, load capacity, and surface treatment according to project requirements. Welding, bending, and cutting processes can be combined to manufacture collapsible wire containers, sterilization baskets, trays, guards, and other custom fabricated wire mesh products.

For an accurate quotation, it is recommended to provide drawings or samples together with overall dimensions, wire diameter, mesh opening, material, required load capacity, surface treatment, quantity, and any special structural requirements.
Larger basket spans and higher side walls are more likely to deform under load if the wire diameter and frame structure remain unchanged. The overall dimensions should therefore be considered together with wire diameter, mesh structure, reinforcement points, and expected load. For larger or heavier-duty baskets, reinforced frames, additional supports, or stronger base structures may be required to control deformation.
Yes. For custom metal basket and fabricated wire mesh products, prototypes or small production batches can be supplied before mass production. This allows the product dimensions, structure, fit, load performance, and other functional details to be checked and adjusted before confirming the final production specification.
