Steel Fence Structure and Customization

Square-tube rails are laser-cut with positioning holes, and the vertical steel tubes pass through these holes before being welded to the rails. The positioning holes define the tube spacing and help keep the vertical tubes aligned during welding.

Larger square steel tubes are used as posts to support and connect the fence sections. The tops of the posts can also be formed into pointed profiles according to the fence design.

Decorative elements can be added between the vertical tubes when required, allowing the fence appearance to be adjusted for different architectural and project requirements.

3 or 4 Rail Configurations

Fence sections can be produced with 2, 3 or 4 horizontal rails according to fence height, tube dimensions and structural requirements.

Increasing the number of rails provides additional fixing points for the vertical tubes and improves the overall stability of taller or heavier sections.

Pointed and Bent Top Designs

The upper ends of the vertical tubes are pressed into pointed tips to make the fence more difficult to climb over.

For projects requiring additional climbing resistance, the upper section can also be produced with a bent configuration. The bending angle can be adjusted according to project requirements.

Surface Treatment and Color

Steel Fence is commonly manufactured from galvanized steel tubes with a powder-coated finish, providing additional protection for outdoor use.

Black is the most commonly used color, while other colors can also be customized according to project requirements.

Perimeter Applications

Steel Fence is suitable for residential areas, gardens, schools, commercial properties, public facilities and other perimeter fencing projects.

The open tubular structure provides clear boundary separation while maintaining good visibility. Pointed or bent-top designs can be selected where additional climbing resistance is required.
