Welded Wire Mesh Panels

Welded wire mesh panels are generally manufactured from steel wires with a diameter of 2.0 mm or greater. The wires are straightened, cut to the required length and welded to fixed dimensions using panel welding machines. Compared with continuously produced welded wire mesh rolls, welded mesh panels provide greater rigidity, tensile strength and impact resistance, resulting in a more stable structure and stronger protective performance.

Welded wire mesh panels can be manufactured in standard or custom sizes to meet different project requirements. Panel edges may be supplied with overhanging wires or flush-trimmed edges, depending on the installation method.

Finished panels can also be further processed by cutting, bending, framing or secondary welding to produce custom fabricated products. They are widely used as fence infill panels, industrial partitions, machine guards, storage cages and other engineering applications.
