Flexible Welded Wire Mesh Roll for Continuous Coverage

Welded Wire Mesh Roll is produced for continuous coverage where the mesh needs to be unrolled, cut and fixed according to the required length. Compared with rigid welded mesh panels, the roll form is easier to handle over longer distances and irregular areas.

Different mesh openings, wire diameters, roll widths, roll lengths, materials and surface treatments are available for fencing, garden protection, animal enclosures and general industrial applications.

Mesh Opening: 1/4″, 3/8″, 1/2″, 5/8″, 3/4″, 1″, 1″ × 1/4″, 1″ × 1/2″, 2″, 3″, 2″ × 3″, etc.

Roll Length： 5 m – 50 m.

Roll Width： 0.05 m – 2 m.

Wire Diameter： 0.35 mm – 2.0 mm.

Material： Low carbon steel (Q195, Q235); stainless steel (201, 304, 316).

Welded Wire Mesh Roll Structure and Applications

Welded Wire Mesh Roll is produced by feeding longitudinal and cross wires continuously through welding equipment, with each intersection resistance welded to form a regular and stable grid. The finished mesh is then wound into rolls for handling, storage and transportation.

Roll production is generally more suitable for smaller wire diameters, while heavier wire is normally produced as rigid welded mesh panels.

Continuous Roll Sizes and Cutting

Roll form allows the mesh to be supplied in continuous lengths and cut according to actual site requirements. Roll width and length can be selected according to the required coverage area, helping reduce unnecessary joints in longer fencing or protection applications.

Fencing, Garden and General Applications

Welded Wire Mesh Roll is commonly used for garden fencing, poultry and small animal enclosures, property boundaries, plant protection, light equipment guards and other general mesh applications.

Smaller mesh openings are also commonly supplied as hardware cloth for applications requiring a denser welded mesh structure.
