BRC Fence Structure and Applications

BRC Fence uses welded wire mesh panels with reinforced bends formed along the upper and lower edges. Unlike conventional flat welded panels, the bent sections strengthen the panel edges and help the fence maintain a stable shape during transportation, installation and long-term use.

QB METAL can supply panels in different mesh openings, wire diameters, dimensions, post systems and surface finishes. Standard specifications are available, while panel construction and installation accessories can also be adjusted according to project requirements.

Reinforced Top and Bottom Bends

The characteristic triangular bends at the upper and lower edges provide additional reinforcement without requiring a separate horizontal frame. This structure improves panel stiffness while maintaining the relatively lightweight construction of a welded mesh fence.

The bent sections also create a distinctive visual profile and make the finished fence different from standard flat welded wire panels.

Posts and Panel Connections

The panels can be installed with square posts, rectangular posts or other customized post systems. Connection methods are selected according to the post design and installation requirements.

Panels are typically fixed to the posts using clips, bolts or other fittings to form a continuous fence line. Customized connections can also be supplied for different site conditions.

Material and Surface Treatment

Galvanized, powder-coated, and galvanized + powder-coated finishes are available according to the installation environment and project requirements. Galvanizing improves corrosion resistance for outdoor use, while powder coating provides additional surface protection and color options. For projects requiring higher corrosion resistance, galvanizing and powder coating can be used together. Green and black are common colors, while other colors can also be customized.

Applications of BRC Fence

BRC Fence is widely used for residential communities, commercial properties, schools, public facilities, industrial areas and general perimeter protection.

This type of welded fence is especially common in Southeast Asian markets such as Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, the Philippines and Thailand. It is also used in Australia, New Zealand, the UK, the Middle East and parts of Africa.

Different panel heights, wire diameters and post configurations can be selected according to the required application.
