Curvy Welded Mesh Fence Structure and Applications

Curvy Welded Mesh Fence is reinforced by horizontal V-shaped bends formed across the welded mesh panel. Panel dimensions, post specifications and connection methods can be selected according to different perimeter fencing requirements.

This is one of the most commonly used welded mesh fence designs for residential, commercial and industrial perimeter applications.

V-Shaped Reinforcement Bends

The overall rigidity of the panel is influenced by wire diameter, mesh opening and the V-shaped bend design. Larger wire diameters or smaller mesh openings can increase panel rigidity, while horizontal V-shaped bends further improve resistance to bending and deformation.

Depending on panel height and structural requirements, 2, 3 or 4 bends are commonly used, with the quantity and position adjustable according to project requirements.
