Defensive Barrier Structure and Applications
Individual cells can be used separately or connected to create straight protective walls, corners, enclosed positions and other defensive layouts. Cell dimensions and connection arrangements can be adjusted according to the required protection area and site conditions.
Welded Mesh and Geotextile Construction
The outer structure is manufactured from galvanized carbon steel welded mesh, while heavy-duty geotextile is fixed inside the cells to retain the filling material.
The welded mesh provides structural support, and the geotextile helps prevent soil or sand from escaping through the openings. Mesh size, wire diameter and cell dimensions can be customized according to project specifications.
Rapid Deployment
The collapsible design reduces storage and transportation volume and allows the units to be deployed quickly on site. Once positioned, locally available filling materials can be placed directly into the cells.
This reduces preparation time and makes the barrier especially suitable for temporary and urgent projects.
Military and Emergency Applications
Defensive Barrier is commonly used for military camps, checkpoints, guard positions, perimeter protection and temporary protective shelters.
The same structure can also be used for flood control, emergency barriers and erosion protection.
Custom Defensive Barrier Options
QB METAL can manufacture Defensive Barrier units according to project drawings and technical requirements. Custom options include mesh opening, wire diameter, cell width, cell height, unit length, geotextile specification and connection structure.
Customers can provide the required dimensions, quantity, application and site conditions for quotation and specification confirmation.
