Double Wire Fence Structure and Applications

Double Wire Fence uses one vertical wire positioned between two horizontal wires to form a rigid welded mesh panel. Common wire configurations include 6/5/6 mm and 8/6/8 mm, which can be selected according to the required strength and application.

Twin-Wire Panel Structure

The twin horizontal wires provide additional support along each mesh row. Compared with conventional single-wire welded panels, this structure distributes load more effectively and improves resistance to impact and deformation.

Typical mesh openings include 50 × 200 mm and 55 × 200 mm. Panel width and height can be selected according to the required fence line, security level and installation environment.

Posts and Connection Systems

Double Wire Fence can be installed with square posts, rectangular posts, or other customized post systems. The connection method can be selected according to the post structure and project requirements.

Fence panels are typically fixed to the posts with clips, bolts, and other fittings to form a continuous fencing system. Customized connection structures can also be provided for different installation conditions.

Surface Treatment and Color Options

Double Wire Fence panels can be supplied with galvanized, powder-coated, or galvanized and powder-coated finishes. Galvanizing provides corrosion protection for outdoor use, while powder coating adds an additional protective layer and allows different color options.

For projects requiring higher corrosion resistance, galvanized and powder-coated treatment can be used together. Green and black are common colors, while other colors can also be customized according to project requirements.
