Welded Razor Wire Mesh Structure and Applications
Welded Razor Wire Mesh is formed by welding straight razor strips at each crossing point to create a rigid mesh structure. Compared with concertina razor wire, the welded structure remains flat and fixed after deployment, making it suitable for applications where a stable security barrier is required.
Mesh opening, blade profile, product dimensions and material can be selected according to the required protection level and site conditions.
Blade Types and Materials
Welded razor mesh can be manufactured using different BTO and CBT blade profiles. Blade type should be selected according to project security requirements and product dimensions.
Available materials include galvanized steel and stainless steel. Galvanized products are commonly used for general outdoor security applications, while stainless steel can be selected for environments requiring higher corrosion resistance.
Surface Treatment Options
Galvanized and PVC-coated finishes are available according to project requirements. Galvanizing provides corrosion protection for outdoor use, while PVC coating adds an additional protective layer and allows color options.
Perimeter Security Applications
Welded Razor Wire Mesh is widely used for prisons, industrial facilities, warehouses, utility sites, military areas, high-security fences, wall-top protection and other restricted zones.
The rigid mesh structure can be used independently or combined with fencing systems to increase anti-climbing and perimeter security performance.
Custom Welded Razor Wire Mesh
QB METAL can customize Welded Razor Wire Mesh according to project drawings and specifications. Mesh opening, blade type, width, length, material, mesh shape and surface treatment can all be adjusted.
For quotation, customers can provide the required mesh size, blade type, dimensions, quantity, material and intended application.
